Dear Voloklinik staff, first of all I want to thank you for your warm smiles, pleasant conversation and kind, caring attitude, and also for treating us not as customers but as one of your own. It felt more like being with family than being in a clinic. I didn't even notice how a 12-hour operation went by. The operation was so successful and comfortable that I felt completely at ease. There was care, knowledge, sensitivity, honesty and family atmosphere. The best clinic in Turkey. We come from America and we had extreme fears. It can also be the fear of being treated overseas. I do not regret anything done by Dilek and her team. Unlike other clinics, including in America, everything was part of the whole process, it was amazing and very painless. With so little hair on my head, getting a hair transplant was difficult. So I needed to find a specialist who could transplant body hair, and I found that in the Volomed team. Leaving patients free to decide about their own treatment was an important factor in my decision. I also found the assistant staff very harmonious throughout the treatment. After 17 hours, I can say how cheerful and patient they are. Mrs. Dilek setting goals in her profession and showing that she loves her work was another important factor.
