This notice has been prepared under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") to inform you about the personal data processed through Volomed Estetik's website, communication channels and digital tools.

2. Which personal data do we process?
- Identity and contact details: your name, phone number and email address, shared when you contact us via the booking form, WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Request details: the treatment you are interested in and the content of your message. This may include information about your health, which is considered special category personal data under KVKK.
- Website usage data: information collected through cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website, such as the pages visited, time spent, where you came from, device and browser type and approximate location (city/country level). This information is evaluated as aggregate statistics and is not used to identify you.
3. For what purposes do we process it?
- To respond to your appointment and information requests and to contact you,
- To inform you about the treatment you requested and to manage appointments,
- To understand how our website is used and to improve our content and website,
- To fulfil our legal obligations and to protect our rights in possible disputes.
4. Legal grounds
- Processing being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c): responding to your appointment and information requests,
- Fulfilment of a legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç),
- Our legitimate interest, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (KVKK Art. 5/2-f): operation of the website and aggregate statistics,
- Your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1 and Art. 6): health information you share in your request and non-essential analytics cookies.
5. To whom do we transfer your personal data?
Your data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for advertising. It may be shared only with the following parties, to the extent necessary to provide the service:
- Our website hosting and technical service providers,
- Google LLC (Google Analytics) for website statistics; this service's servers may be located abroad, and the transfer is carried out in accordance with the conditions of KVKK Art. 9,
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), if you choose to message us via WhatsApp,
- Legally authorised public institutions and organisations, upon request.
6. How long do we keep it?
Your personal data is kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing and by the relevant legislation; when this period ends, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Information requests that do not turn into an appointment are deleted after two years at the latest. Website statistics are kept in Google Analytics for a maximum of 14 months.
7. Cookies
Our website uses cookies that are necessary for the site to work and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) that measure visit statistics. Analytics cookies are only activated if you select "Accept" in the cookie notice. You can block or delete analytics cookies in your browser settings; this does not affect the basic functions of the website.
8. The Volomed İçerik application and Google user data
"Volomed İçerik" is a content planning tool developed by Volomed Estetik solely for its own internal use; it is not public and is not used by other users. With the permission granted through a Google account, the application only reads the data of the following accounts belonging to Volomed Estetik:
- Video and view statistics of the YouTube channel (YouTube Data API, YouTube Analytics API),
- Visit statistics of the website (Google Analytics Data API),
- Google search performance of the website (Google Search Console API).
This data consists of aggregate statistics and does not contain information that identifies website visitors or channel viewers as individuals. The data is used only for Volomed Estetik's content planning; it is not sold, not used for advertising and not transferred to third parties. The application does not write, delete or share anything in any account. Volomed İçerik's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The permission granted can be revoked at any time on the Google Account permissions page.
9. Your rights under KVKK
Under KVKK Art. 11, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its deletion or destruction within the framework of KVKK Art. 7; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
10. How to apply
You can send requests regarding your rights, together with information that identifies you, by email to info@volomedestetik.com or in writing to the address above. Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
11. Changes
This notice may be updated when necessary. The current version is always published on this page.
